- Please use withing the capacity range as per the table above.
- Setup should remain above the min. bending raidus as per the figure.
- Limit the use of small bends as much as possible.
- Avoid installation in hot spots such as direct contact with engine. Use protective cover if necessary.
- Please use within a range of -30℃ ~ +80℃.
- Please avoid installing in a location where water accumulates. If water is unavoidable, use cable with protective boots included.
- Determine & use proper cable length in order to avoid wrapping excess cable length into a coil around appartus.
- Avoid installation setup where the cable end rod is bent.
- In cases when another object interferes with the cable, please set up the protector accordingly.
- Clamp down the cable such that it is not subjected to large vibrations; however avoid applying a load onto the conduit when clamping.
- Avoid installing in a location where a person might step on the cable.
In case of marine use; repeated cycling may result in cable fatigue / breakdown.
Cycle capacity varies with operating conditions, but if the above points are followed, the table below provides reliable guidance.
Perform periodical inspections and repalce cable as required.
